    This one is global.

So the main difference between global and local - values for local picklist are defined inside attribute. When picklist attribute points to other optionset (like in your case) - it uses Global optionset.

If you have System Administrator or customizer role, you can check global option set list in Settings >> Customization >> Customize the system.

In left side at the list of component you will find "Option sets". All global option set will be visible there.

There is no way to recognize global or local option set from the form or front end. You have to go field editing page and then you can distinguish

Can you please elaborate more on your query?

You can go to Settings > Customization > Customize the system.

In default solution, expand components section and click on Option Sets.

There you will be able to see all the option sets which are global. Rest of the option sets are local option sets.

Also, you can to to individual field from entity and if in option set field, Use Existing Option Set is set to Yes, then that is global option set.

Additionally you can use Metadata browser to see metadata of the fields. Metadata browser can be found here: msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh547411.aspx

    Thanks & Regards,
