We have a Production order and we posted a Report as finished journal by mistake, No picking list journal has been posted. The question is, how can we cancel the item reception form the the posted RAF journal?

If you reset the status of the Production order or back to Created, it should reverse all posted journals for the Production order. Then you can start again.
Be warned that it will also reverse child Production orders, i.e. references, and delete them entirely. If this is not what you want, you can un-mark them from the Production order BOM and then they will not be touched.
