Hello,
A couple of ways that I can think of...
1. via Customize Navigation Pane (right click on Role Center)
2. via a page (any page like Customers) and then use Save View As, you can add new links to the Navigation Pane
3. via Development Client (MenuSuite).

First you need to understand on which role center you want to add a page or link, To Achieve this, follow the image as per below and edit that page as per your need to add action buttons.
