Hi, I am currently working as a QA Lead on DAX 4.0 version. I would like to jump onto the development / architecture side of the DAX. What would be the best resource for me to do that and where can i find it? Does anyone have any training material from beginners point of view. Any help in this regards is greatly appreciated. Hi,

if your company has an falid/active service plan you can access all offical training guides on CustomerSource.

In addition to these guides you should also study the Inside Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 Book.
You can download the pdf Version (ebook) here:
    http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/5/8/258C8894-B94A-4A87-81EA-4DBB9776F8F2/622579eBook.pdf

Or you can by the printed version i.e. from amazon.

    Hope this helps you.

Another great resource is "MorphX IT" book (full title is "An introduction to Axapta X++ and the MorphX Development Suite", by Steen Andreasen). Actually for getting started with Axapta/Dynamics AX development, I think that it is easier to read than Microosft's official courseware. The "MorphX IT" book covers Axapta 3, but is just fine for newer DAX versions. PDF version is free, it can be downloaded from www.lulu.com/morphxit (or from author's site http://www.steenandreasen.com/).

Hi EswaraKumar, If you want to create a Role centers page then refer to the link http://tinyurl.com/37rmvtr and if you want to learn about existing Role center then you find extensive documentation here http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/en/us/using/ax-reference-role-center.aspx
