Current RMS users. Should I move on to AX Retail?

Hi all!

I am currently using Microsoft Dynamics RMS SO and HQ.
RMS will be discontinue next July, 2016. Active users will be able to purchase additional license till July 2021.

So I thought it might be good time to move to new SW.

Problem with our company is we are using so many different software in each department. We are clothing retail company. 32 locations. None of the SW are talking or communicating each others.

1. Accounting: Quickbook
2. HR: Zenefit
3. Marketing: Bronto, Affinity Analytic
4. eCommerce: Magento Community version
5. Warehouse: RMS HQ(We do not have WMS)
6. POS: Microsoft Dynamics RMS POS 2.0
7. Purchasing: CRS - Easy Open to Buy

Should we move to ERP to consolidate all above?

Any recommendation???
