on my hololens 2 remote assist app I can see only sent messages but not the received ones nor attachments received. Are there any options to be enabled somewhere? I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the remote assist app. I'm using RA V 3.14, the last one and I have on the hololens 2 account a Dynamic 365 field service license. On my laptop I have Office 365 Business Standard and I'm using Teams (work or school). The two accounts are under the same tenant. What's wrong? Thanks for the help
