Export a custom workflow as an api

hello experts,
 
please assist in this matter, I am developing a platform in asp.net and one custom workflow in Dynamics 365 F&O. so is there any way to connect to this workflow in asp.net?
 
meaning that from asp.net I have some functionalities need to be approved, so I have an idea to use the workflow in Dynamics 365 to handle it instead making it in manual.

    Can you explain the full business process? Do you have a separate app that should only use workflow capabilities from F&O or are more features from F&O used? In case you are only interested in an approval feature, you can also consider Power Automate approval flows. That might be easier to implement in an external asp.net application.

    There are multiple ways to achieve this scenario.
    1. You can use the Binding framework in ASP.NET Core
    2. You can use the System.Web framework Request and response within the X++ framework (httpRequestGetresponse etc.)
