You can create a macro to import it in using the macro and mail merge functionality, but it would have to be done each time. If the GL distributions are the same for each trx, then the import utility may work. I would use a test company to validate the results.

Check out these folks. I believe they had imports for SBF, perhaps they have ported it to GP.
Yes, I am looking for something other than IM, I believe that would be a good solution, but very expensive as I don't own it now.

Integration Manager is the simplest. There is a table import but there are several tables and validations involved that would need to be performed manually. I have used IM to create several regularly running imports that brings the data you mention into a batch which is then posted. Using the batch gives you the ability to review, proof, and, if necessary, correct the transactions before posting.
