Batch job skips directly to next sheduled time, without errors in log and without communicating with SQL DB

Hello
Would be very gratefull if someone could give me any advice.
As mentioned in headline, batch job starts on time but skips directly to next scheduled time, 7 days forward.
Without communicating with SQL DB, normally this job takes approx 5min, now it it takes 1sec. Cannot find anything in logs.

Picture 1 shows job is about to start at 13.22 PM
Picture 2 shows job done, next time it will run is 7 days forward as scheduled, but almost nothing in log message.
Normally log message dispalys additional info, now only that job has bin executed and status "waiting".
Job is not actually done, it never shows any communication with SQL DB (lover right corner)

Hi Aoe369,

I'm not able to understand what exact task should run as the screenshots are not in the English language. I do see one word which might indicate the batch job should import something. Can you explain what the batch process is about?

If it should import files, is the file present at the correct location, accessible with correct permissions and has contents?

Hello

Batchjobb is Invoice import.

First picture has this batch job (highlighted in blue), to the right you can see that this jobb starts at 13.22 PM

Under tab "Extra info" highlighted batch job says "Fakturaimport", Faktura = Invoice, import = import

Second picture you can see that batch jobb (also highlighted in blue) has run, , and accordingly jumped to next scheduled time with is 7 days forward at 17:th september 18.05 PM (two last tabs to the right) .

Information logg message ( highlighted in red, small window) says that all is good. But nothing actually happend regarding actual "invoice import".

Also, in the lower right corner (marked red with question mark) , indicator does not blink, normally there is a green arrow that blinks back and forward indicating communication between Data bae and computer.

Thanks for providing the additional information. The batch job might be created using a customization. As mentioned above, can you check the file, file location and the security permissions? The customization might catch errors and don't stop the batch job itself from ending without an error.

Hello and thank you for answering.

File, file location and the security permissions are all ok.
I managed to run batch "invoice import" manually, after a while I got bellow message, " Staple tracking"

When I press OK on the "Staple tracking" message, GDI error message appeared
Also, server runing batch job, in the event viewer is getting event id 1111, it seems this event id appeared almost at the same time as bacth job started to mailfunction.

Could itf be that I need to install some sort of printer driver?

Hi Aoe369,

The HAUSDR prefix used on the class name (mentioned in the "Staple tracking", aka stack trace), indicates this is a customization. I have no idea what exact coding is used what can cause this. I would suggest to contact the developer for some help. If the job worked before, what exactly could have been changed on this environment?
