We are on Dynamics 2009 R2. When we preview a report or document, we can preview then go to file send, Report by email. It imbeds it in the email as an HTML.
Some workstations can do this with no problem, but some cannot. We have determined the issue is not with Navision since it is standard, but with the connection to the email. No errors, just nothing happens.
This is quite an old feature and NAV 2009 R2 is out of support since a while now.
Why not upgrading to the latest version and use the more tight integration with all Microsoft technologies?
Tattoo in mind that NAV 2009 R2 does not support Windows 10 deployments and was never tested for this OS.
