I need to know if MS Dynamics CRM 2011 Online can integrate with Google Docs? That is will a report that normally opens in Excel open in Google Docs equivalent of Excel.I have a client considering Google Docs and this is a critical issue for them.

    Can you try creating a 30-day trial and see if everything works alright?

    I can try that but I have to uninstall Office (hassle) off a machine to really test it. I was hoping someone had experience with trying it. I guess I'll have to set aside some time to do that.

    I asked support about it and they gave me a weak "I don't think that will work" response - not the definitive answer I was looking for so I could relay it to the clinet with confidence that it was correct.

    I did some research and found some posts saying that it works but nothing reliable.

    The best way to go about it is to test yourself I guess.

    Another option to integrate Google Drive with Dynamics is Skyvia. It is freemium and has a very intuitive UI. Skyvia allows you to automate the loading and uploading of data
