Contacts not shown in segments

Hi everybody, 

I'm facing the following problem:

I added some contacts and they don't show in either my dynamic segments nor my static segments. 
When creating segments it seems like they don't exist but when I go to my active contacts they are there. 

Does anyone has a solution for this problem?

    Hello,

    When you create a contact in in Dynamics 365 the Marketing Insights Service should pick up the contacts pretty fast. We have so far the Customer Insights service for this purpose and we are in the process of transitioning organizations gradually.

    It may be that there has been an intermittent delay for some data becoming available to the insights service. But if you experience a longer delay it may be that your organization is in a status that we need to investigate.

    The best way to achieve that is through a service request. I am sure we can sort this out.

    Even after one day the contacts are not shown in the segments.

    I will create a service request for this.
