Prompt for gift receipt

What is the best way to setup a prompt in MPOS to remind Cashier's to ask if a gift receipt is needed after tender   Currently there is a toggle button but given the holidays, we would like a prompt to pop up on the screen as a reminder to the cashier after tendering the payment.  I tried info code but can't seem to link it to a function that serves the purpose.
