Year End Closing in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Error

Hello,

I want to run year end close routine on Microsft Dynamics GP 2010. But it gives me this error message 'You must run the consolidate transaction and transafer detail to utility for closed years to recreate analytical accounting balance brouhgt forward'

But when i started running the utility for consolidate transaction and transafer detail to history the system hangs for an unreasonable long period of time and will not run it yet there is no error message.

Pleas i need you support on what to do on this issue as soon as possible.

I have tried the solution in the article but the problem still remains that it hangs when running the utillity consolidate transactions and transfer detail to history. Please i need further help.
