IF Functional currency become Transnational currency to other company, How exchange rates apply

Hi All,

I Have a two companies 

Company A --- Functional Currency -- USD

     Transaction Currency - UK

Company B -- Functional Currency - UK

   Transaction Currency - USD

We have create a exchange rate for UK in company A and given the access permission to Company B, Does these exchange rates how reflects in Company B. How the GL and end of the year closing effect. 

How the balance sheet works in this scenario. 

Please provide some solution on this.

    Hi Srinivas,

    Do you have two Exchange rate tables? The rate tables have to go from the functional currency to the originating currency. Since the two company's have different functional currencies, the same rate table won't work for both.
