Hi,
I have a scenario that we have multiple different customer journeys, sending out different marketing promotion emails to our customers.
We would like to avoid a single contact to receive multiple marketing emails from us per day. If a contact already received 1 email from us today, then we would like the contact to receive the next promotion emails from different Customer Journeys, the day after.
Is there a way to achieve this ?
Regards,
Gogo
There is a update planned for Feb 2023, so we need to wait

Hi,
note that the interaction/behavioural query block only checks for interactions in outbound marketing (real-time marketing not supported for the moment). Found out the hard way.
Thank you Peter and Nya,
This suggestions are definitely helps.
We will try this.

Gogo
Hi Gogo,
The answer from Peter Beentjes is quite correct.
In addition, the "Email clicked" in the screenshot means to filter out the contacts who clicked the links in email.
For your case, it is more advisable to use the "Email delivered" behavior filter.
Then go live the segment and use it as the excluded audience of a customer journey.
It keeps contacts who have been sent emails during the day from being sent further emails.
You can add a behaviour block on the Segment, in this case "Sent Email". There is an Interactions filter and you can add. Please see the screenshot. Hope this helps!
