RE: get attribute(column) name, type, description of Entity

I'm using XrmToolBox, and it's excellent.  I'm considering using it to manage descriptions for tables and columns.  Before I get much deeper into this, I would like to understand the architecture better.  I have two questions I'm hoping you can help with:

    1) Where do the descriptions "live", physically?  They must be in a table, an external XML or JSON file, or something similar.  They are not in the Information Schema or Extended Properties, as far as I can tell.

    2) Can other metadata fields in addition to description be created?

Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on these questions.

    Hi Dmat,

You can go to Advance find and you can Query on entity, also you can add the fields you want then run the query after that download the excel file,

Open the excel file when you click the field it will show its data type.

    Thanks,

    Shahbaaz
