How or what form to be used to fetch Sent to details in Sent Email Page in Business Central

The Sent Email page in Business Central does not display the 'Sent To' details. It only shows fields like Email Subject, Sent From, and Sender. Is there any standard report in Business Central to retrieve this information, or would it require a custom approach?

As far as I know it's not available out of the box, one option is to extend the sent emails page to add a custom field.

No, there isn't one. The standard can be seen using the method below.
I'm not sure if customization is possible; I'll look into it when I have time.

    Hello,
As standard, I don’t believe there is a ready-made Business Central report that lists the “Sent To” recipients from the Sent Emails page. BC stores sent emails mainly so users/admins can review, resend, or forward them, and access is controlled by Email View Policies, but the standard list page doesn’t expose all recipient details the way you’re expecting. So if you need a report/export showing Subject + Sent From + Sent To + date/time + related document, this is usually a custom approach: either extend the Sent Emails/email viewer area if the needed recipient data is available, or create a small custom log table and populate it when emails are sent, then report from that.

    Hi,

You will need to create a custom solution and deploy it in your environment to get the "Sent To" field to appear in "Sent Emails" page. You can refer the solution provided by YUN ZHU by using GetRecipients function from standard "Email Message" codeunit.

    Hope this helps,
