Hello GP Experts,

I have a quick question about the AR table. I have missing Salesperson ID (slprsnid) on the AR table on one invoice. Sales transaction and the invoice itself has the ID correct; it is just missing on the AR table for some reason.

I'm going to manually put this slprsnid into the AR table, if I know what the table name is in GP database.. Could somebody please point me in the right direction?

    Elizabeth,

    I was a little confused by this.  You say that the Salesperson ID is missing from the AR table, but then you ask what AR table holds the Salesperson ID.  If you don't know what table, then what are you checking when you say that the ID is missing form the table?

    Also, a few warnings: (1) If you have any reports using the summary salesperson information, or if users are looking at this in GP, manually entering a Salesperson ID into a transaction table will cause the summaries to be incorrect, as they will not be updated automatically.  (2) If this is for commissions, you may need a more complicated fix to ensure your data is correct.
