Send a form from Dynamics for Customer to Update Fields in CRM

Hi,

I have the requirement from within an opportunity to send a customer a form with some of the form questions prefilled from fields in the opportunity, for the contact to update and it feed back into the opportunity.

Does anyone know how I can achieve this?

    Hi GRedhead,

    You could create a on-demand workflow to send email to your customer. You could add the form fields into email's body.

    Something like this:

    Then click flow button to trigger it.
