IV Reconcile issue with QTYONORD field since upgrading to GP 2013

A Customer is noticing that since upgrading to GP 2013, when they do an IV Reconcile in GP (not PSTL) that the reconcile is correcting the QTYONORD oo a number of items. The customer is doing a backup before/and after and are getting several pages of changes after running it. The items invovled seem to have had activity during the period between reconciles, either were put onto a new PO, received or issued/sold. After some research, it looks like the IV00102 (IV Quantity Master) table has the correct data, but the IV00103 (Item Vendor Master) table has incorrect or outdated data and frequently shows a negative QTYONORD.

Has anyone seen issues with IV reconcile with GP 2013? (They have not put SP1 on yet for GP 2013).
