Because i've created the workflow, but when i launch the batch, nothing happen :

Wondering why they disabled the menu item then, since the rest works fine.

To solve this, we have manually create a line in the table :
Purchcorppolicytable
And after that it works well!

I did some further research and found a hint. It seems the menu item is not available due to setup of the configuration keys. I suggest to create a Microsoft support request to ask how to use this workflow without the setup possibility

I just checked it in the code that`s why I said it should be available in D365 as well. As you can see the form, table, menu item is already there. I tried to open the menu item directly but received an error regarding missing permission. As I use D365 as System Administrator it seems it is not available yet.

It seems to be a depreciated fonctionnality in D365.

please check out this blog to get more details about this feature. The screenshots are from AX2012 but as far as I know it is valid for D365 as well.
