Can we translate Sales order description( text field) value from English to Chinese language?

Hello All,

One of my client need to translate one single field value in Chinese language, currently it's in English language and they want to translate it from English to Chinese for that particular field only,

We have tried with XLIFF approach but in that we found that we can only translate caption/labels in this approach but not field values.

Can you confirm how we can translate any single field value in different language? is XLIFF is supported or it will translate on UI based only?

If it is Item description, You could add Translations on the Item card (under Navigate section, press Translations button to add names in Chinese language).

Then on SO the name would we displayed in the document in the specified Language (Language Code in document Header). Or You could find the translation in the linked table (if You have a custom API).
