    Hi,

Can you check the filter that is applied to the form?

Maybe the filter is just set wrong.

    Dear Ludwig,

I am sure that the form is filtered on the the not acquired assets.

Note: the assets that were imported by using Data import Export Framework are not shown but if they are defined manually, they can be appeared in the form.

    Hi Nada,

This sounds like an update problem.

Can you test whether updating the data resolves the issue.

For example: Take our the depreciation parameter for your Build-0001 fixed asset and set it again. After Setting it again, does the fixed asset appear in the not acquired form?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

First of All, thanks for your solution.

After testing it, the asset appears in the "not acquired" form. But I cannot understand what that means?

    Hi Nada,

There seems to be an update problem in your form. I would suggest that you talk to a developer and explain him what you wrote here. A developer should be able to quickly update all of your records to get this fixed.

    Best regards

    Ludwig

The simple way of to update the fixed asset to be shown in "Fixed asset not acquired" is to open the Value model, do ctrl + S and close the value model window.

if you have huge number of records which imported from data import then do not consider the "Fixed asset not acquired" and just to finish the fixed asset acquisition journal because the data are imported is obviously "not acquired".
