Client has CRM 2011 on-prem and is licensed with only CRM 365 On-Prem team licenses because they only use custom entities in their Dynamics CRM On-Prem Deployment.
Client would like to use the service calendar just to add appointments and view appointments.
Does the client need a different type of license to deal with the service activities entity?
If so, which type?

I have the same question (0)The team member license is sufficient to create and view activities (which includes appointments and service activities). However, this only allows direct creation, and doesn't allow use of the Scheduling Assistant to schedule activities
