Financial Reporter Designer not showing rows and columns for some users

Hi all 
 
Has anyone experienced this error when opening Financial Reporter? For some reason, the rows and column section does not show. We have tried resetting the user's usage data but nothing has worked. Any ideas?

    Hi,
    You can try to check if your management reporter version is a newer version. In addition, make sure the user has permission to access and view financial reports. Reset the Financial reporting data mart to see if it works. Reset the Financial reporting data mart - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

    Hi,
    Have you tried restarting the report server? Or try using the browser cache. It may be that there is a cache in the server that is causing the problem, or that there is a cache in the browser that is causing the display problem, and trying to understand the cache may solve the problem.

    This isn't likely related to browser cache since Report designer doesn't open in a web session, it's a dedicated application.  Are there any common characteristics amongst the users who don't see the building blocks?
