Can any one help me trouble shoot the below issue? I run a MSP and we are not the D365 partner for this environment but there D365 Partner lacks the ability to troubleshoot it effectively as evident by the fact that they did not even know how to set up telemetry.
Problem - Slow browser loading times and session disconnects using production forecasts. All users affected.
I've recommended that we do the following -
- Create a sandbox from the Production environment.
- Test to see if there is a problem in the sandbox.
- Disable all extensions and test to see if the problem is still there.
- Enable extensions one by one testing each time until it comes back.
Based off the logs below specifically execution time I think the problem might be the "Barcode Management" extension. When I look for this app in the Admin Portal I can't find it. How would I go about disabling it in the sandbox? Could this app cause problems with the production journal forecasts? We are not D365 BC developers and don't have suffiecet support with Microsoft to log it with them but I fell like the D365 partner is being dodgy here and trying to pass this off as not their problem.
