
I've recently modified the HATB to include a 5th aging bucket. I was able to follow the MS KB857284 and everything seems to have worked okay. However, when I run the summary HATB, the bucket shows up, but doesn't populate anything for that bucket. I've verified that there should be an amount populating by running the report in detail and seeing the amounts in the correct aging buckets 1-5.
Another piece of this puzzle is that the customer that I run the report for is a national account and the amount that should be populating is for one of the child accounts.. It seems that if I run the report as the parent account & include the consolidate national account activity option, it still won't show up. However, if I run it for the child account, it will show like expected. It appears that the other 4 "default" aging buckets aren't having any problems with handling this, only the additional 5th aging bucket.
