good day all, installed new system for a customer using windows 10 pro, i installed the metroset2 and admin opos for the scanner and it works and tested fine in the settings, when i apply the name in rms and open the pos it saying error 926 scanner not found..same settings that was on the win7 system and yet nothing works..
any suggestions or help would be great .

Have you checked for conflicts between OPOS and Windows Drivers? The POS stations may also need to be Z-ed out and the computers restarted for any changes to take effect.
