Intercompany PO - Intercompany sales order button is greyed out

Hi All, 

I'm placing a PO.  When click on MANAGE tab to flip on the SO, the Intercompany sales order button is greyed-out.

These below have been set up:

1. Intercompany vendor & trading relationship.

2. Vendor posting profile with "Intercompany" as a vendor group.

3.  Intercompany customer & its trading relationship.

4.  Customer posting profile with "Intercompany" as a customer group.

5. intercompany journal names.

Am I missing something? Thanks

    Hi Kim,

    This does not look like an intercompany order. There is a field called "Intercompany", could you right click on your purchase order header, by purchase order number, hit personalize and add this item to see if it active?

    I also thought your order could be a journal but, then the order wouldn't look like that.

    Please check the field I mentioned, if it is not active then check "Active" field in your intercompany setup.

    Click new purchase order button, and check if "Intercompany" field is active by default as well.

    You don't have any customizations, do you?
