Dear All,

There is one scenario that to delivery instantly once the order Created & Saved.

Will it be achievable in the AX System.

(In SAP, there one Concept/Process called Rush Order). My Client wants to implement this Process in AX as he knows in the SAP.

Kindly Advise to achieve this.

Regards

Vinod P

    Hello Vinod,

is it that a delivery note is automatically created or what do you Need?

If there is no Need for a physical delivery, why don*t you tell em, that has only to Issue an invoice and inventory posting goes automatically, so ist faster then SAP.

automatically delivery notes, you can with periodic generating delivery notes with Batch Job.

    hope this helps

I don't know what special functionality is linked to this 'Rush Order' concept in SAP.

It would depend how you are picking and delivering your sales orders in AX. What does your client want to happen differently from their normal AX process when they talk of the Rush Order process?

    Hi Vinod P,

If you use retail module and call center then below solution suits your requirement.

    Hi Vinod P,

If you use advance warehousing then you can use automatic release to warehouse batch job to release such orders as soon as created.

If you want to do it for customers then you can use customer classification group created as priority and use the same in a batch job which runs every 11 mins. This releases all sales orders for such customers with classification group priority orders quickly.

If this is specific to sales order you can do grouping based on sales order pool or any other field that suits the requirement.
