Required Date Changes once PO is generated from Requisition

The user enters his requisition in Requisition Management. Each line item is given the correct required date. However, when the requisition get converted to a PO, all of the dates (the required date, ship date, etc) for each line item changes to the PO/current date. This started happening about a week ago. There have been no changes to the system. What would cause this change?

    The most common causes for this are changes to the software or new users.  Are you sure the Requisition was entered correctly and recorded with the desired dates?

    It is the same user who has been doing it for years. It is now all of the requisitions and I verified the dates before and after. Unless a setting was changed somewhere, I cannot explain it.
