Unable to see AIF ClientService or ServiceChannel in Service refererence

I have successfully used the Aif PriceDiscJournalService from the a service reference in .Net

I also have an active AID PriceListService on an inbound port. I have a service reference but there is no interface to connect to the channel and make a call to the service. Do I need to amend something on the inbound port to have this as part of the service reference?

Here is what I see when I configure the service reference.

Here is what the object browser shows me for both the DiscJournalService and the PriceListService ref

Did the generation of proxies complete without errors?

Those pesky errors were hiding themselves away as warnings, I have the following errors

After a quick google I couldn't find anything obvious.

Warning Custom tool warning: Cannot import wsdl:port

Detail: There was an error importing a wsdl:binding that the wsdl:port is dependent on.

    XPath to wsdl:binding: //wsdl:definitions[@targetNamespace='http://tempuri.org/']/wsdl:binding[@name='NetTcpBinding_PriceListService']

    XPath to Error Source: //wsdl:definitions[@targetNamespace='http://tempuri.org/']/wsdl:service[@name='PriceListService']/wsdl:port[@name='NetTcpBinding_PriceListService']

Warning Custom tool warning: There was a validation error on a schema generated during export:

       Source:

       Line: 8 Column: 8

Validation Error: The 'schemas.microsoft.com/.../EntityKeyList:EntityKeyList&; element is not declared.

Warning Custom tool warning: Cannot import wsdl:portType

Detail: An exception was thrown while running a WSDL import extension: System.ServiceModel.Description.XmlSerializerMessageContractImporter

Error: The element 'schemas.microsoft.com/.../EntityKeyList:EntityKeyList&; is missing.

    XPath to Error Source: //wsdl:definitions[@targetNamespace='http://schemas.microsoft.com/dynamics/2008/01/services']/wsdl:portType[@name='PriceListService']

Warning Custom tool warning: Cannot import wsdl:binding

Detail: There was an error importing a wsdl:portType that the wsdl:binding is dependent on.

    XPath to wsdl:portType: //wsdl:definitions[@targetNamespace='http://schemas.microsoft.com/dynamics/2008/01/services']/wsdl:portType[@name='PriceListService']

After deleting and re-adding the service a few times I now no longer see it in the object browser either :-(
