We use Dynamics CRM on O365. The past month or so i have noticed saving a record takes much longer than it used to. Current times take 40 to 60 seconds to save (ie. add a contact, add a note, create an account). My internet is fine (60 Mbps down, 20 Mbps up). I should expect a faster response right? Any comments would be appreciated.

Actually, looking again i did find 2 plugins that were installed about 2yrs ago and were not being used, so i deleted these and it seems to have made a huge impact - so it seems to be operating at an acceptable speed again.
Thanks very much.
Hi jm2012,
It is possible that your internal network's web filter was updated. Check with your IT team. I have experienced this in the past and to resolve it, we had to give users more privileges (such as access to Facebook :) ). Weird, I know but fixed the slowness.
Update:
You could also try using a different internet connection such as wifi hot spot on your phone to connect your PC to the internet. Or try your home network to see if the issue is still there.
Thanks Nithya. we don't have any plugins or workflow installed that isn't default out-of-box. we are using vanilla CRM with no modifications apart from a few extra form fields.
Hi,
Are there any plugins/ workflows written in the onSave of the form? This might affect the performance of the CRM. Please refer the link below.
