what is the best Signature capture and pinpad for RMS 2.0?

I have used an IDtech sign n pay with Retail Realm Mercury.

but my customer is not happy with it.

like 5 times a day, Retail realm mercury freezes RMS.

what is the best Signature capture and pinpad for Credit, debit and EBT for RMS 2.0?

also processing company.

magtek ipad is the best one that I have had the pleasure to work with. The Ingenico devices are a nightmare.
