Retrieve Customer Journey with Segments for PowerBI

Hi There,

I am unable find a way to review Segments used in Customer Journey. I need to build a Power BI report to show Emails by Segment and Customer Journey.

    Hi,

    There is a many-to-1 relationship between Customer Journey entity and Segment entity.

    It means that you cannot identify the segments used by a Customer Journey but you can see which Customer journeys have used it through a particular segment.

    In addition, it can be seen in the General tab of the Segment form.

    So the best way to know which segments have been used in a Customer Journey is to click on this Customer Journey to view.

    Hi Nya,

    Thanks for the respond. They field your showing on Journey entity is stored actually suppressed segment. Also the sub-grid on Segment is custom control. We found the solution it store actually as per below field.
