Hello

I have followed below steps to store CRM files on to Azure, but still i am unable to succeed, please let me know apart from below settings any other new settings I have to do for 8x Portal , because for 7x Portal same settings working fine :)

  1. Create an Azure Storage Account
  2. Ensure that you have the Adxstudio Azure File Storage sultion installed
  3. Create the two Settings referenced in the Azure Storage documentation (not to be confused with site settings).
  4. Ensure that you have the correct value for both settings
  5. Create a Web Resource for the Form that you wish to use this with.
  6. Ensure that you have the Web Form/ Entity form configured correctly
  7. Ensure that you have the correct permissions set up on the corresponding form.

    5. Create a Web Resource for the Form that you wish to use this with.
    6. Ensure that you have the Web Form/ Entity form configured correctly
    7. Ensure that you have the correct permissions set up on the corresponding form.

    Hi Venky & James,

As per the below post, MS has confirmed that there is a bug in Notes uploaded to azure.

Is this working for you? If yes, could you please help me out here. I am getting the same error as mentioned in the above post. Also in crm, the file is coming as text file.
