is it possible to move data from the Guide's environment DB to tenants in other domains outside the domain?

docs.microsoft.com/.../migrate

I checked the contents of this manual, but the contents confirmed that it is possible to move from "a" tenant to "b" tenant in the same domain. Additionally, is it possible to move data from the Guide's environment DB to tenants in other domains outside the domain? For example, my question is that I want to move all the data in the guide from environment db in "admin@ctrhololens.onmicrosoft.com" to environment db in "admin@ctr.onmicrosoft.com".

Then, should I follow the instructions in the guide manual on the link above?
