Control Account Breakup on any given Date

I am using GP 2010. I need a report/SQL View/Query which can give me breakup of any control account (contains subsidiary accounts/ledgers) on a particular given date. E.g. Breakup of 00-000-3020100-001 (control account) on 04/01/2016. It should show balances of all the subsidiary accounts/ledgers for this control account on that Given Date. (Given Date criteria is important). Any help?

    Hi Adeel,

    Is your subsidary accounts are like:-

    00-000-3020100-001 - Control A/c

    00-000-3020100-002  

    00-000-3020100-003

    00-000-3020100-004

    00-000-3020100-005

    etc?

    If your accounts structure is like above then you can retrieve report using Trial Balance or can generate it using MR using 3rd segment as filter criteria.

    No, it is not like that. Firstly, I haven't activated Control Account Management in GP2010 (mentioning just for more clarity). Now the scenario is, account (control) 00-000-3020100-001 is attached with a ClassID=Import . It is my "Trade Creditor for Import" account. Now when I create new vendors, attached with the ClassID=Import that means vendor balances will affect this account as well. What I want is to take a breakup of my main/control/class account i.e. 00-000-3020100-001 which should show the breakup of all ledger balances of attached vendors as of given date criteria.

    I hope now the question is more clear. Furthermore, trial balance is not giving this required info. Any idea how to handle this scenario?
