Microsoft Online Service Sign-In Assistant failed to download

On premise version 9 of email router.

When I try the link it gives a 404 error so the reason it failed to download is the link is gone.

Where can I get the correct file.

Thanks that worked now it's telling me

windows live id sign-in assistant failed to download. Same issue link is dead.

I found the installer but it just starts like it going to install then just ends.

I have not found a solution as yet. It's on my development server so it's not a hot issue right now but if I do figure it out I will update this thread.
