On premise version 9 of email router.
When I try the link it gives a 404 error so the reason it failed to download is the link is gone.
Where can I get the correct file.

Thanks that worked now it's telling me
windows live id sign-in assistant failed to download. Same issue link is dead.
I found the installer but it just starts like it going to install then just ends.
Did you resolve this? Im struggling to get my email router installed because of this.
Did you find any solution for the problem? I have same problem like you.
I have not found a solution as yet. It's on my development server so it's not a hot issue right now but if I do figure it out I will update this thread.
