I am encountering an issue with Dynamics 365 Sales, and I am hoping someone can assist or provide some insights. Here is the problem:
I have been using Dynamic Sales Hub to connect leads to a sequence. After adding leads to a sequence, the system reports that the lead was successfully connected. However, when I check the Leads tab, it shows that the lead is not connected to any sequence.
Here are the steps I followed:
- I selected the leads and connected them to a sequence via Dynamic Sales Hub.
- The system confirmed that the leads were successfully connected to the sequence.
- Upon checking the Leads tab, the leads appear as not connected to any sequence.
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Refreshing the page and clearing the browser cache.
- Reattempting to connect the leads to the sequence.
- Verifying that the sequence is correctly configured.
- Checking the audit logs for any errors or warnings.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Are there any additional steps I should take to troubleshoot or any settings that I might have missed?
