Hi all!
I'm having trouble posting my invoice. When I want to post the invoice, I get an error with the name "Incorrect vendor account". The provider's account (including TIN) is valid.
Where else could the problem be?
I suggest you to debug it to find the issue.
Where can I debug it? I do not have developer access to this invoice.
Just a follow up question besides debug.
Is the customer newly added or has it worked before?
You can debug it either directly in Prod, or in another system that is a copy of your production system. The possibilities and required steps are a big topic, so you can try to search existing discussions, or post a new question if you would like to debug the issue.
In general it's good to have a process in place for debugging prod issues one way or another.

Since you cant buy a Dynamics License yourself from MS (with a couple exceptions) you have a partner that sell the license to you. Quite often its also them who does the extension/customizations of your system unless you have an inhouse organisation.
You mean AX Developer Access? Because I currently do not have one.
My point was whether it is possible to perform invoice debugging in Microsoft AX Dynamics (PROD).
