Help with attaching a Document Template based attachment to an email but in PDF format (D365 online)

Hello,

I am wondering if I can get some help with converting the “Document Template” into PDF format in the below scenario.
Basically, I am after creating an email activity/message in the draft mode with its content coming from an email template and its attachment coming from a document template, but I am not able to get the attachment in the PDF format using the out of box features.

Can I please get some assistance about how to go for meeting above requirement (preferably with a non Power-Automate based approach)?
Do I need to use a third-Party PDF converter -Can I please be suggested which one to use?

Hi AR,

It impossible to convent Word in the email attachment to pdf directly.

But we can send the pdf as email attachment when export to pdf.

The prerequisite is that you have enabled "Convert to PDF" for the entity in Sales Hub.

Step 1. Click Export to PDF on the form.

Step 2. Select a word template and click Email.

Step 3. In the email form, insert a template. The pdf has been the attachment.
