Cannot post General Journal

Good Day

I cannot post a general journal, as it gives me a critical stop error.

The account is defined under budget control rules to allow over budget processing even when it does a budget check

    Hello Angel AX,

    Do you also make use of budget groups and a secondary budget check that might hit in if the budget control fails?

    The error message seems to indicate that.

    Can you please check the 'define budget group' node and see what is setup there.

    Yes there is a setup under budget control group

    in the next tabpabe "Define message Levels", you can set different user Groups for different Levels, thereby skipping the warnings.. (if that is an Option for you)

    Hello Angel AX,

    You can also define overbudget permission in the budget group section.

    Here is a screenprint that illustrates how this can be done
