Bulk change and sending of Purchase Orders

Hello,

Is it possible to bulk change the dates on Purchase Orders generated through MRP in BC AND have the system automatically reissue the REVISED purchase orders?

For the bulk changes you can use configuration packages, I wrote a blog post about using them here.

For sending/emailing the revised purchase orders, as far as I know there is no out of the box functionality to do this in bulk. Each one must be emailed individually.

you could search the marketplace of BC. There might be applications with richer features than the out of box planning feature.

I personally recommend Edit in Excel which is faster. But this requires an Excel license.

Agree with previous response you can use Edit in Excel to bulk change dates on Purchase Orders, which is effective if you have the Excel license. For reissuing revised POs, Business Central does not support bulk emailing by default; it required customization.
