We do weekly sales worksheets have a two step approval process. We use the copy function to copy older worksheets instead of re-creating. If we approve the worksheet as we create it we do not get an error. If we go back into the worksheets later and review and approve we get a runtime error -2147218764 error " Row cannot be located for updating Some values have changed since it was last read. It kicks us out of HQ each time we approve. The worksheets process okay.

We did copy a worksheet and add a new item to the worksheet. It seems like this is when it might have started.

eho,

I'm guessing that you are copying something that no longer exists. As a test, only copy 10-20 items at a time and try it to narrow it down.

Also try running a database re-index and a check in HQ Admin. Backup first!!

We have a third party archive tool but nothing installed on the actual HQ database. The error occurs on HQ only.

RMS 2.0 sp2 style 301 worksheets.
