Hi Experts
I join a new organization and there i was need customer source user id and password or to access LCS site for some support. I asked from the company member so they haven't idea about it. They also called to the partner who implemented this system(Dynamics ax). But they also Refuse please help how to recover that user id and password.

To raise support to Microsoft, you need to have a valid support plan first.
If you are customer of D365 F&O Cloud product, there is already one free subscription support plan.
If you are customer of D365F&O On-Premises product including AX2012, please make sure your organization has a valid support plan first, then grant you access to this support plan. Any questions, you may reach itmbssup@microsoft.com for help. They will support you on customer source account and support plan.
From you statement, it looks your organization already has one D365F&O Implementation Project in https://lcs.dynamics.com/. So you should ask project owner to invite you as project member.
Your Microsoft contact person should be able to help you. They definetely have someone who is responsible for your customer relationship with them.
