Dear Community,
I have few questions concerning the LinkedIn Gen Forms and its usage. I have LinkedIn enabled on D365 for Marketing App for several admins (4 users). We are aware that we need to synchronize admins in order to use the Lead Generation Forms.
- how many admins can be synchronized at the same time?
We noticed that if we create a LinkedIn Form to Generate Leads, the admin account needs to be synchronizing for the form to work and have the correct number of leads. But sometimes the sync stops itself without notifying the user account.
- How long does the synch lasts for an admin account?
- Why does LinkedIn Sync expire ?
If all admins account are synchronized and connected to one same Company LinkedIn account, is it possible to have an admin user create a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form and thru the synchronization of another admin user receive the leads in D365 ? Or do we need to use the same admin user that created the Lead Gen Form to synchronize the leads in D365?
Thank you,
C.
Hi Catermina,
Since the questions you raised are not explicit in the official documentation, it cannot be answered exactly.
The time taken to sync depends on the data volumes.
Expiry is for better account security.
