File Transfer not working?

Does anyone know if the Microsoft File Transfer is working?  My coworkers & I have been trying to download both the Year End Update and the GP2015 install media, and the "File Transfer Manager" never pops up.  No error message, it just never appears.  I've definitely downloaded materials on this laptop previously, with no problems.

I tried both the CustomerSource site & the PartnerSource site.  I get to the screen that says "Microsoft Dynamics File Exchange System - Your download will begin momentarily."  That's where it stops.

Let me know if you've been having the same trouble, or if it's just me!  Thanks!

    I had the same issue when I tried to download NAV 2017 and eLearning/course materials , I followed these instructions (link below) and read many forum's posts but it still doesn't work.
    mbs.microsoft.com/.../fileexchangeissue

    Most of the posts suggested these:
    Added to Trusted Sites:
    https://corp.sts.microsoft.com
    https://mbs.microsoft.com
    https://mbs2.microsoft.com

    But I was still having problem until I added this URL to Trusted Site (IE11-Tools, Options, Security tab)
    mbs2-cy1.partners.extranet.microsoft.com

    spend more than 1:30 hours for this 'BS'. I don't know why Microsoft  is harrising us with this. Why cann't find some different solution. THis is such a waste of time.  Everytime downloading having issue.

    Changing the Document Mode to 8 worked for me.

    Thanks Lyn Barr :) the F12 option worked for me. I am attempting to download a file from last 1 month, the only missing point was F12 trick.

    Yes,   Thank you Lyn

    i tested on windows 10  IE.   the F12 configuration needs to be done on the same page that shows the Microsoft dynamics file exchange system.  this worked for an AX download
