I need a suggestion to solve the following situation:
I want to send out several emails via a customer journey to event registrants.
If an attendee subscribes 6 days before the event, I don't want that he/ she receives the one week before email.
How can I resolve, that it is one customer journey but if they step in between they don't receive 2 mails at the same time/day.
I couldn't find out how to fix. Thanks for your help.

Hi,
You can set the Expiration date and time for the email.
For example, the email which is sent one week before a webinar can be set to be expired on the day one week before a webinar.
So that it will not be sent to the contacts who register the event after the day one week before a webinar.
